📦 Return & Refund Policy

At our store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

🔹 1. Order Checking & Video Proof

We strongly recommend that customers record a video while opening the parcel at the time of delivery.

  • This video will serve as proof in case of any damage, missing item, or wrong product.
  • No claims will be accepted without proper unboxing video evidence.

🔹 2. Return & Complaint Time

  • Customers must submit a return or complaint within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Any complaints after 24 hours will not be entertained.

🔹 3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact (box, tags, accessories, etc.)
  • The product should be the same as delivered

🔹 4. Courier & Return Charges

  • Courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Customers are responsible for safely returning the product

🔹 5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition:
  • Your refund will be processed after payment confirmation from courier
  • The refund will be issued to the customer within a few working days

🔹 6. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Return request made after 24 hours
  • Product used or damaged by customer
  • Missing original packaging
