At our store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
🔹 1. Order Checking & Video Proof
We strongly recommend that customers record a video while opening the parcel at the time of delivery.
- This video will serve as proof in case of any damage, missing item, or wrong product.
- No claims will be accepted without proper unboxing video evidence.
🔹 2. Return & Complaint Time
- Customers must submit a return or complaint within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Any complaints after 24 hours will not be entertained.
🔹 3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact (box, tags, accessories, etc.)
- The product should be the same as delivered
🔹 4. Courier & Return Charges
- Courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount
- Customers are responsible for safely returning the product
🔹 5. Refund Process
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition:
- Your refund will be processed after payment confirmation from courier
- The refund will be issued to the customer within a few working days
🔹 6. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- No unboxing video provided
- Return request made after 24 hours
- Product used or damaged by customer
- Missing original packaging
